Salesforce - when the world changes over night
The Challenge:
One of Salesforce’s key go-to-market strategies is delivering events that engage their community, customers and partners. When the COVID Pandemic hit, Salesforce had to pivot their events online quickly without losing the power of their in-person presenting voices. While virtual meetings were not new, presenting with power and impact virtually to engage audiences, ignite customers and keep business moving at scale was a new challenge. The world had gone virtual and their most influential voices need to as well, at scale.
The Project:
Together with the strategic events team, we collaborated to produce self-serve learning content to teach Trailblazers of all kinds to communicate with impact, virtually. We produced a series of customized instructional videos and tip sheets for global events, enabling presenters to share their ideas virtually with impactful results—reaching thousands in just weeks.
The Outcome:
Teams now had the tools they needed to put their leaders and product voices back in control of the customer event experience empowering everyone to speak powerfully when stakes were high.
