Dia Bondi

Communications Catalyst

I’m Dia

I help you get what you want by leading with who you truly are.

Your truest self is the most powerful path to commanding the moment and your impact.

For two decades, I’ve been coaching leaders, entrepreneurs, technologists and social impact innovators to have the courage to speak from the heart so they can impact their goals. You probably haven’t heard of me and there is a reason for that. For years, my role was to be their secret weapon- to prepare my clients for the most critical communications moments in their careers. To make it possible for them to shine when the spotlight is on them.

Over thousands of coaching sessions, I’ve seen that when we are open and genuine we are powerful, when we tap our courage to speak from who we are, we can have more impact on what matters to us in our businesses, career, leadership and life. And this power is available to all of us, right now.

In everything I do, I am devoted to helping you cultivate the command you need to shine when stakes are high- to move toward your goals with unshakable commitment and on your own terms.

With gratitude and attitude,

I Believe

Courage is the catalyst for your dreams and goals.

Action reveals everything (or even just what’s next).

Honesty and empathy can occupy the same space.

People are great.

Questions are good. Listening to the answers is even better.

You get to pursue what you want.

You can have more impact.

You can have command.

Coaching with Dia

Dia accepts a limited number of clients each year for my bespoke leadership communications coaching experiences.
They range from shorter engagements aimed at a discrete goal to longer term relationships designed to help you meet a new set of expectations when your communications are mission critical and have the potential to amplify your impact. These engagements are designed for leaders facing high leverage communications opportunities. They are both about the task at hand and your long term transformation.

Professional Bio

Dia Bondi is a catalyst for excellence. As a speaker and workshop leader she activates courage and empowers her listeners to live up to their full potential. As a coach, she teaches high-ranking executives, entrepreneurs and government officials to share themselves authentically with influential audiences. She shows them their untapped power, and encourages them to crank that power all the way up.

Dia has worked with world class brands like Intel, Mozilla, Salesforce, Dropbox, and Agilent Technologies. She’s coached changemakers at the Clinton Global Initiative and the Commonwealth Games Federation. As a coach and story strategist, she helped Rio de Janeiro secure the 2016 Summer Olympics.

After attending auctioneering school for fun, she translated the techniques she learned into a program that prepares women to ask for more and leave nothing on the table, called Ask Like an Auctioneer. That project’s goal is to help 1MM women to ask for more and get it and has produced her mission to put more money and (decision making) power in the hands of women so we can change everything for all of us.

Whether she’s working with a team of 5 or speaking to an audience of 5,000, Dia works to activate audacity and cultivate personal command in each and every listener.

As a speaker and coach, Dia is direct, magnetic, fierce, and insatiably curious. On stage, she is unapologetically intense and unflinchingly compassionate, always favoring the actionable over the inspirational. Dia’s focus is urging her audiences to make immediate, impactful changes in their own lives; to be bold, trust themselves, and learn to take command and amplify their impact.
